Appster is more than just a screen capturing app.
1. Information We Collect.
A. Information You Provide to Us.
You will complete a registration form when You sign up as a “Member” to use the Service. This registration form will contain Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”), which includes but is not limited to Your name, age, gender, location, marital status, phone number, email address, contacts, and/or the precise geolocation of the mobile device that You are using to access Reply Champ. This information may be used to contact or identify You and administer Your account.
You can consent to share additional information with us while using the Service, such as Your personality, lifestyle, interests, photos, videos, voice data, precise mobile location, or other details. To upload certain content and allow communications in connection with Your use of the Service, You may allow us to access Your device phonebook, camera, photo album, microphone, and/or location information.
We may collect information that You send to others while using our services. We may collect “Usage Information” about how You interact with our Services and other Members (e.g., how you interact with our services, what Content you engage with, which Members you communicate with, and the date, time, and frequency of those communications). We may also collect “Content” and “User Content and Submissions,” as defined in the Agreement and is subject to the same terms and conditions therein. Your communication, chats and other content that You publish is processed as part of our operations in providing the Service to our Members. In addition, if You communicate with us regarding the Service, we collect any information that You provide to us, during the course of our communication (e.g., if You contact customer support). Additionally, You acknowledge that we collect information that You use to register or enter any of our special promotions, events, contests, or sweepstakes.
B. Information Received From Others.
In addition to the information that You provide to us, we may also receive information about You from other sources such as from other Members, through Social Media, and other third-party partners. As You use our Services, we may collect information that other Members may provide to us about You (e.g., if a Member contacts customer support with a complaint). We will receive any information that You authorize the Social Media site to share with us, such as Your public profile information. Linking Your Social Media account with Reply Champ allows You to enjoy liked features such as sharing across platforms and it enables You from having to log into Your Social Media account every time. Any information collected from Your Social Media account may depend on Your personalized privacy settings so You should review those settings regularly. If You wish to disconnect Your Social Media account from Reply Champ, you may do so by modifying the privacy setting in Your Social Media account.
C. Information That We Collect When You Use Our Services.
We collect usage and mobile device information along with other information. We may collect information about how You interact with Service features and other Members on Reply Champ. We may use analytic and reporting technologies to record non-personal information which includes information about your mobile device such as Internet domain and host names, Your Internet Protocol (IP) Address, the Your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your mobile device’s unique identifier, operating system, browser type, operating system or browser language, wireless and network information, mobile carrier, hardware and software information, time zones, click patterns, and cookies (collectively “Non-Personal Information”). The Non-Personal Information is not used by us to personally identify You and is not readily usable for that purpose. Some of the Non-Personal Information, such as Your IP Address, may be logged and used to monitor and regulate Your access to certain features of our Service. We may contract with a third party to help us manage, monitor and optimize our Service and measure the effectiveness of our advertising, communications, and maintenance of the Service.
2. Use of Information for Internal Purpose.
Your PII is primarily used for our own internal purposes. This includes providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving the products and services we offer and sell as part of the Service (such as in-app purchases and downloads), and to provide customer support. Occasionally, we may use this information to notify You about changes to our Service and/or special offers.
When You register for a Reply Champ account, You will need to login using your mobile phone and receive one time OTP Login password to become a Member. Other Members may be able to see Your name and/or username, comments, questions, or other things that You post, stream, publish or broadcast using the Service. We advise that You do not disclose Your password to anyone and recommend You guard Your anonymity and sensitive information.
Non-Personal Information we collect is used to administer our business activities, which includes tracking Your use of the Service and providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our Site along with the products and services we offer and sell. We will also use Non-Personal Information to monitor and analyze use of the Services and technical administration.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties.
When You register as Member to use the Service and submit Your PII to create a profile page, other Members may see Your full name and a notice will be issued to Your contacts that You have joined Reply Champ.
We may contract with and/or employ various third parties to help us provide, maintain, and improve the products and services that we offer and sell. These third parties may have access to Your PII in order to perform their services. For example, we may use a third party to process payments made to us, and may subcontract our production, fulfillment, analytics, database management, reporting or other operations. We may contract with third party contractors to help us manage, monitor and optimize the products and services that we offer and sell. We may also use third party contractors to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and communications. These third parties have access to Your PII to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We may provide advertisers with general demographic reports about the types of people who view the ads. However, You are not identified by Your PII, unless You consent for us to do so. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time by Your termination of use of Services.
4. Disclosure of Non-Personal Information to Third Parties.
We may disclose Non-Personal Information, in aggregate form, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time by Your termination of use of Services.
When using the Service, we may also track unique device identifiers, such as Your IP address, MAC address, or your IMEI number (your mobile device’s unique 15-digit code). This information is used to provide relevant advertising, process and analyze Your information, Your use of our Services, how we can improve our Services for You, and for other relevant purposes.
6. How We Protect Your Personal Information.
Protecting the security of Your PII is very important to us. When You enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (sometimes referred to as “SSL”). SSL technology is used to encrypt personal information such as Your payment information or geolocation. Personal information, including credit card number and financial information is collected by our payment processors. Your personal credit card information is never stored on our database or servers.
We follow GDPR industry standards to protect PII submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Although no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect You. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we shall provide notice to our Members without undue delay, in accordance with generally accepted industry standard.
7. Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information.
You have certain rights in relation to the use and access of Your PII under the GDPR. The GDPR provides that You are entitled:
If You desire to obtain a copy of Your PII, you will be required to provide proof of Your identity. If Your PII changes or if You no longer want to subscribe to or use the Service, you may correct, update, or deactivate Your PII and Your account through the account management screen. If You wish to deactivate or terminate Your subscription, or otherwise modify, erase, or object to the use of Your information, You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Children’s Privacy.
Company does not and will not knowingly collect or use any PII from children that we know to be under the age of 13. If You are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and are aware that Your child has provided personal information to Us, please contact us at email@example.com.
If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has become a Member without parental consent, we will take the necessary steps to remove the child’s information and terminate the child’s account. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 13.
If You are between the ages of 13 and 17, You, your parent, or Your legal guardian may request that we deactivate Your Member account, delete Your PII in our database, and/or opt-out from receiving communications from us. If You wish to do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. California Residents’ Privacy Rights.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, regarding the disclosure of California residents’ personal information (if any) by us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. In the unlikely event that Your PII is compromised, we will provide prompt notice to those Members in compliance with the GDPR.
13. Opting-Out from Receiving Communications.
You may opt-out from having Your PII used for certain purposes. If You no longer wish to receive any promotional or other communications from us, You may opt-out by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our email. We also offer You an opportunity to opt-out of certain communications through the account management screen.
